Horrible communication. First called them in October 2014, left message, never heard back so called them again 2 weeks later to schedule an estimate to get covers made for 27' center console. Michelle said they had got the message, but forgot to return call, sorry. Finally in late November Chuck came out and did measurements, then said his wife would call me in 1-2 days with price.
