Great Doctors
Dr. Eric Diner did a Boston Scientific penile implant for me last December 5th, 2023. It never functioned. Not ever. The tubes were the incorrect length. He inserted 21 centimeter tubes. The correct length should have been 18. This caused them to fold over and not extend. The reservoir was not positioned and the surgeon who removed it commented that it was like a pendulum in my stomach. Have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get ahold of reception here. Do not use the “call back feature”… they simply won’t call you back. Every time I’ve waited 15-20 minutes.. no less. You guys need to figure this staffing problem out. Additionally, had records sent here and they can’t find them. I have receipt things were sent correctly. Update: Still couldn’t get my records after I came in and gave them permission to pull them for me… Diner is great though.
