I finally spoke with the new patient referral lady after I had to call numerous times over 4 days. During this phone call, she called me sunshine and love muffin. Very rude and unprofessional. I will be finding a different doctor to go to.
Have your receptionist actually pick up the phone instead of playing phone tag with potential patients. Also, we should not have to call eight times in a row for "Jordan" to finally pick the phone up. Don't call your potential new patients who are already frustrated from being in pain and your office not picking up the phone "sunshine" and "love muffin". Yeah that would piss anyone off. in my 90 # plus years Dr. Worth is the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors that I have ever had the pleasure to be examined by!! We need more of this type of doctor in our Medical system!!! I would bet my life on this doctor and not give it a second thought!!! He also seems to be a Medical Dictionary, I guarantee that You will be pleased beyond Your belief if you see him!!!!

Arrogant staff, never on time with appointments, Dr D is an arrogant jerk who thinks he is better then everyone and needs to get up to speed on new meds, like take some classes or retire, and when you have an appointment with him he should at least stop in the room and acknowledge you not just send in students, have not seen him, only students for the last 2 years, like 15 appointments. That is why I left and will never go back, plus after 2 weeks with a new rheumatologist I feel better then I have in years
NEVER GO THE THIS GROUP THE DR'S. COME AND GO LIKE A REVOLVING DOOR. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND THE INSURANCE PROCESSORS ARE WORSE THEY NEVER FILE YOUR CLAMS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEN SEND YOU TO COLLECTION. MY DR LEFT TO BE IN A HOSPITAL IN THE SOUTH. NOW I NEED TO SEE A RESIDENT AND PAY THE SAME FEES AS IF I HAD SEEN A REAL DR. MY LAST VISIT WAS WITH A FIRST YR RESIDENT AND SHE WAS CONDESCENDING AND ILL INFORMED. NEVER GO THE THIS GROUP!!!
