This company is as awful and unethical as it gets. My home is 3 years old and it will not cool properly but the air checks out fine; it’s the multiple gaps in the insulation that make it so hot. This company told me it’s normal for the insulation to “settle” when it’s new and they would charge me $500 for a “refresh” . I decided if I’m paying that $ I’ll call another company snd the other companies have looked in my attic and told me it was never laid properly and too many gaps.
