I was given a quote in person by this company representative for attic insulation at a renovation home on 9/11/24. First, he was supposed to be there in the morning & didn't show up & I contacted him & he finally came at almost 6pm. Then, he gave us a quote on wall insulation, then we said we'd go forward on ceiling, but couldn't do walls. This company installed the frameless glass shower enclosure in my new home build. The door was installed improperly and continued to slip out of the hinges. The door was replaced because it slipped so much that It ended up chipping a piece of the glass off from hitting the other part of the enclosure. The door they replaced it with had a chip in the glass already and needed to be replaced again. I did not enjoy this company. Was difficult to schedule, the inspector didn't go into the attic to inspect, and communication about the recommended insulation was not clear. I needed more prompt, clear, communicative, and pro-active help to address a mold problem in our house that we believe is due to humidity, and working with this company did not address it. Three stars because they actually did the work, though I was not educated about the differences between the options prior to selecting.
Called 3 times for a estimate on a 75 x 100 ft shop they could not return phone calls or say when they would come out to even give estimate it's ok we will send the 60,000.00 somewhere else. As this is a preview of how messed up this business is we will not do business with anyone like this.
