I called them multiple times to help with the repair of the closet shelves they had installed at my homes. Their guy/owner did not show up many times. Very poor communication and customer support.
6/10/25. Truck 238 this driver is one of the most incompetent people on the road. He breaks hard and suddenly just to let somebody turn out of a side road which causes traffic to back way up when the light is green. Absolutely no need for that, he needs to learn how to drive. Same old story as the other bad reviews. After waiting several days for an appointment for an estimator to come to our house, I took a half day off work because that’s the smallest window they were able to give. No one showed up. The estimator told us he had called the wrong number to confirm.
My five star review rests with the result of the job itself, which should be the only thing that truly matters. I am happy with the result of the R30 spray insulation job. I went up on my attic and checked it. It was a job well-done! The purchase process was quick and easy, at the Ocala office. A fifty percent deposit assured me a spot on the calendar.
