I was unable to delete my previous review. So I am writing a retraction of my allegations towards Suncoast. Rick was not being dishonest he did everything he could to work with me to receive my funds since my last review. I Purchased $3500 hearing aids for my father back in March. The owners were very nice at the time of purchase and the hearing aids did not work for my father who was residing in a rehab facility. They did everything they could to get these to work right for him. However Rick had picked the hearing aids up so my father no longer has these and I am still waiting for a credit for $3500 from August .
