Dr Roos is really good to deal with. She is kind and straight to the point.
This is not a family friendly medical centre. Very much a profit driven business that sees patients as dollar signs over providing a professional medical service. Very rude management that is clearly on the defensive about earning the dollars for the business. They do not disclose their fees clearly and charge $90 for a 1 minute phone call to renew a simple prescription for a child.
