Horrible wait times. There is no point of having an appointment if they won't see you at your appointment time. You will wait forever like 1 or 2 hours after appointment. And the lady with orange hair on the informacion section has a horrible attitude. La hora de la Cita no es la hora que te atienden. Te atiended 2 horas despues. Y la señora con pelo naranja en la seccion de informacion tiene una actitud horrible. La platinada

Esto no es un Banco es un Hospital Comunitario. Veo comentarios aquí de gente quejándose de la Sucursal que tiene el mismo nombre Suncoast pero es Credit Union. Están en el área equivocada comentando. Es que no miran bien antes y cometen este tipo de errores bochornosos. 🤦‍♀️

If I could rank below one star I would. Horrible customer service. They are rude. They are inconsiderate that other people have jobs too. You can't schedule an appointment, you have to walk in. And again...rude and hateful. If this were for my personal account and not a volunteer organization, I wouldn't be using this bank.

Horrible location and customer service! I have gone in there 2 different times to open an account, 1st time there had to been 20 people waiting. 2nd time there was no one and they told me that it would be a long wait. Try a different bank!
