My doctor sent me to Suncoast GI. Kirkland APRN did my examination. She was very professional. The front desk check in went smoothly. I did most of the forms before coming online which made it easier for everyone. She ordered me a few test which I did at Quest. Hoping for the best.
They don't pick up the phone. They don't call you back. When you are lucky enough to reach someone they just hang up on you.

Attempted to cancel appointment 4 times over a 3 month period. Voicemail is a black hole and no one answers phone. You can’t cancel in portal. You can’t cancel by text. Outrageous. I finally called and chose doctor extension to get cancelled. They fired all staff and outsourced calls. Huge mess. I’ve spent easily 2 hours time attempting to cancel. Ridiculous. Meanwhile of you don’t cancel, they sending me a bill??!! Whatever
