I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bakus and her wonderful nurse! They truly helped me through a difficult time with thyroid imbalance and anxiety. Dr. Bakus took the time to run all the right tests and really listened to my concerns. She is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and caring—it made such a difference in my healing journey. I waited for over 3 hours, I finally walked away. I wish they told me what to expect when I walked in. They were not even that busy. They only had one RN seeing patients ( not even a doctor)?. They said I should expect a long wait when you walk into any urgent care. They talked to me like I had never been in one. I’m never coming back to Suncoast Urgent Care.

Dr. Bakus and her staff treat the whole body! Dr. Bakus is very efficient, knowledgeable and truly listens to her patients. I trust and respect her and the team and feel blessed to have found her practice!
