Terrible experience.The doctor DG doesn’t let you explain your problem ,you can only answer his questions .They called me the day. Before my appointment I told them to cancel and they charged me 35 for not showing They are scammers

I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Goldstein, Great ENT Doctor!, he listened to my issues and we are working on a solution, I honestly was a little worried based on the mix reviews I saw but the whole visit was GREAT! I'm paralyzed and needed help transferring to the treatment chair and the staff was more than willing to help me. Thank You Dr. Goldstein and staff I really appreciate all of your help 👍😊

Dr. Dolgin was very kind and educated me about things I didn’t know I had. I learned I have a deviated septum. His office accepts tricare which is the only ENT in Hernando county that does. His office fit me in as a new patient in a week which is unheard of in this county! He even educated me on my husbands tinnitus. He was patient and kind when my baby started to cry during my visit and let me tend to her. He knows what he’s doing and that made very comfortable. If you value your health and money avoid this group. I waited over an hour to be seen for my vertigo. The front desk staff are rude and when finally taken into a room for my BP check the first thing I was asked was did I have a brain MRI. ? Plus she took my BP by having me cross my arm across my chest. Constriction = no training. The Dr came in, had me lay down on the table and turn my head in both directions which makes my head spin and then walked out. Leaving me by myself to try and get up.
