Service is non existent. They have me 3months into our 4 months of summer with no contact to get repairs/service. Contacted them for help June 1 nobody has shown and it’s almost September…. Very disappointing when spending $30k plus with a company a couple years ago….

I had the louvered pergola installed last year and enjoyed it very much. However after the winter there were gaps in one half of the roof and water would leak through when it rains.
