The actual building if the enclosure was great. Came in got it done and gone. Unfortunately we had some leaks from the roof and called about getting them fixed and heard nothing. We were ghosted. Even went to the branch in Edmonton and still no response. Oh they’ll call. Well they never did. Hail damage has wrecked the roof and now we are looking for a way to replace the roof. Suncoast enclosures are a joke. Way too much money and no representation when something goes wrong. Big fat zero in my opinion.
Every interaction with Suncoast Enclosures has very positive - from sales (Blake) to measuring, install, office (Kerbi) etc. We are really enjoying our louvered pergola - already using deck more this year than all of last year. It looks great. Alan (Proj Mgr) and his associate Jeremiah did a great job on the install - very professional and Alan was great in answering my questions and making recommendations. We highly recommend.
Absolute amazing customer service and great company!! We had a window rip after a couple winters and they came to our house and fixed it at no charge. Blaine and team are absolutely amazing!!
Absolutely in love with our 3 season room, the staff were amazing to deal with and they had it installed in just a few days. We got several quotes and Suncoast was the most competitive price and the best customer service. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a sunroom
We have a Suncoast enclosure and we love it. Over the winter, one of our motors quit on the louvered roof. Suncoast sent out two experienced guys to get it fixed and it was covered under warranty. Win, win!!
