We found Suncoast Enclosures at a local Tradeshow and loved the look of their deck options. They worked with us to review various options and we finally settled on a white polycarbonate roof structure. Innovative solutions and solid construction

We had the polycarbonate roof, retractable screens, gemstone lights and heaters installed. Yes, it was a big and expensive job. Here's the deal. Leaks in two areas. One so massive that it's pure rain soaking our deck. Absolutely no protection from the rain. Fraser is absolutely excellent about getting back to us and trying to fix this. They have come out a few times to repair but to no avail. Problem still exists. I'm posting a video of the leak. It's not a minor leak.
