I love my patio screens! The whole process with Suncoast Enclosures was amazing. I highly recommend this company and their products.
Very high quality product customizable to the situation. We’re thrilled with the two large sections we installed on our covered deck. Cuts the sun but still has great visibility through. Everyone we dealt with (sales guy, initial measuring & rail install crew, final product install crew) were all friendly, helpful and efficient/hard working. Value for money is strong. Nothing bad to say.
We love the finished result of our patio shades - they looks amazing, integrated, and built-in with the rest of our covered deck. The product thus far is high quality and the installers did a good job. Giving 5 stars overall, although I will say that communications and timeline expectations between the sale and first deposit to the actual install were somewhat spotty and there's room for improvement there. That said, overall, we're pleased with our experience and final installation from Suncoast.
We are so happy with our shades! Great customer service, they went above and beyond on installation and was promised a date and they kept their word!
I spoke to a total of four companies and decided to move forward with Suncoast Enclosures due to a combination of cost and communication. And Suncoast was also the only company that said they could connect the pergola's drainage to my existing downspout without having to move or reroute anything. That was a major selling point for me.
