We are extremely happy with the product, the sales team (Chris was awesome! Always available to answer questions!) and the customer service over-all. We had been looking for the right solution for a few years and then finally found Suncoast. We couldn't be happier! We did a huge 15x20 enclosure which gives us a sitting area and a dining area out of the sun and rain. We live out here now! Highly recommend the product and the company!
One star is generous! Beware...Suncoast Enclosures has poor quality employees representing the business. Doesn't say much for the management. I asked for an estimate, I was contacted by email, the customer representative booked an appointment with me, I was asked to comfirm the appointment by email, I did...then he is a no show...I found very negitive reviews online. Good thing he didn't show.

We recently hired Suncoast Enclosures to build a custom-sized pergola for us, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Scott who was the first person who assisted me, and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the initial planning stage.
