Had Suncoast Ducts come to clean the HAVC duct & vents cleaned. John was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining what he would be doing and how it affects the whole house. John was very knowledgeable and kind! Being super sensitive to mold due to chronic illness he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the treatment! John is impressively credentialed, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, highly capable and effective in his work. He arrives on time, takes time to explain what needs to be done and why while answering all questions clearly. He completes his work and cleans up.... all for a fair and reasonable price. We couldn't be more pleased...will be using his service annually
