Very limited. Try to open up accounts and they send the person who notarizes to lunch right in front of us which they then tell us we have to wait until she gets back from lunch. I have a husband with mobility and terminal illness. Very time consuming a waste of time.
This location is an inconvenience. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes or more to take out a cash deposit. Both representatives Kaiti and Tabitha were with clients, but did not acknowledge me waiting in line. I overheard both personnel making small talk with clients that they serving at the time as though no one else were waiting in line. I am annoyed because, I am starting my day later to go to work for the day. Overall, the speed of service is poor.
