My favorite place to bank. Everyone is super helpful and the rates are great.
Went to the Trinity branch this morning and had an excellent customer service experience. Had a serious ACH fraud problem that became apparent over the weekend. Representative Joshua Wilds was very helpful and efficiently went through the process to get this situation resolved. In addition he took steps to prevent a reoccurrence of this issue. Joshua was friendly, patient, and very effective in meeting our needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
