I watched the video of Tom McGill's deplorable behavior. I would never recommend banking with any institutions that think it's acceptable for their managers to lie to the police and behave in this manner. What a disgusting look for your credit union. Also, why are most of your replies to 1-star reviews a lazy copy-paste response? Do you think customers and potential customers don't see straight through that?
I saw a very negative interaction with a citizen here on YouTube. I will be down there in August on vacation and I will record them a couple of days and see for myself how they are treating the public.
Thomas McGill seems really dishonest to lie to a police officer and say someone entered their business when they clearly didn't.
