My visit at Suncoast credit union was outstanding. before visiting Suncoast I was very stressed out from a long day of work and my phone completely not working at all. Johandry was an amazing Suncoast advocate, very respectful and went above and beyond to help my banking needs and defiantly made my day better and put a smile on my face just by the positive energy he gave off in his office. This man honestly deserves a raise!

Went to use ATM this morning at a Suncoast Branch in port Charlotte Fl on Cochran Blvd and withdrew $500. Asking for $200 in $100 bills $360 in $20 bills and $40 in $5 bills when the money was dispense received two $100 bills 18 $20 bills and eight ones. This machine does not give ones so it must’ve been loaded wrong I am retired military and no one offered to help customer service is shit when I called corporate they don’t even have a number to file a complaint so I called Navy Federal Credit Union filed a fraud report and ... read more

1st rate service again. Cash counted back to us in the denominations we requested for my wife, and three shiny brand new pennies for me. Banking can be fun….thanks Cassandra for the awesome service!
I love this Credit Union but the new location in Citrus Park is terrible. There is no privacy (like the old location) when using the Interactive teller stations. 1 of the Interactive stations is just inside the door not giving very much room for people entering and absolutely no privacy. The other is inside and again no partition for privacy. Parking is limited because this new location is in a smaller shopping strip
I had to call Suncoast credit union and spoke to Bernard. Although I am not a fan of Suncoast I am a fan of Bernard. I needed help navigating the website and he patiently walked me through it . He allowed me the time to try and find how to set up the account. Thank you Bernard for the excellent customer service.
We set up a credit card payment for an immigration application using the Suncoast Visa credit card. Once Immigration proceeded to collect the payment we received a text message from Suncoast to verify the transaction wich we confirmed and authorized promptly. Instead the payment was refused by the bank even if we had more than the required balance to pay. This way the Immigration application has been cancelled and now is in a limb because they just don't try twice when a payment is declined. My wife asked for a solution but... read more
