They do NOT have bank tellers here. They only have Teller Machines! I had to wait in line to complete part of my transaction with one machine, then switch to the other because I needed specific denominations - 100s, 50s, 20s, 10s, 5s & 1s. One machine was out of $50s and 20s and the other out of 50s and 10s. Needless to say I never got my 50s until I went to Wells Fargo. Terrible customer service, the employees seem friendly up front, and then the second you ask for a service, or ask a question, they seem very annoyed to have to talk to you. I guess theyd rather just slide a paper over the table for you to sign, with little to no explanation given. Went in to ask about debt consolidation or a heloc. Had a paper slid in front of me of the multiple heloc options, the manager highlighted 4 lines on the paper, and never went as far as to say "is this something youd be willing to consider?"
