Never ever use Suncoast cu
The only bank that has $1,000 limit to transfer money into their bank. For some reason this bank doesn't want money and makes it difficult to transfer your own money into your own account. Never heard of a bank that is allergic to money.
The ATM with the phone, your card will sometimes get stuck in the machine
Representative Santa at the Lee high branch DID NOT solve my problem and was very rude when speaking to us. Wanting to charge my account $25 for a CC rush replacement knowing they have been late for the delivery of the CC 2 times. Reminding us she couldn’t WAIVE the $25. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. There are other branches around town with more capability of taking care of their members. We’ve been with Suncoast CU for more than 20 years and it is the first time we have gone thru this.
Ariana was a great help today. Smooth transition in opening our checking and savings account. Thank you.
