Terrible customer service, the employees seem friendly up front, and then the second you ask for a service, or ask a question, they seem very annoyed to have to talk to you. I guess theyd rather just slide a paper over the table for you to sign, with little to no explanation given. Went in to ask about debt consolidation or a heloc. Had a paper slid in front of me of the multiple heloc options, the manager highlighted 4 lines on the paper, and never went as far as to say "is this something youd be willing to consider?" DONT BANK WITH SUNCOAST. You can't send money with anything like PayPal, cashapp, or Venmo. The customer support IS TERRIBLE!! literally on the phone with someone who barley speaks English, we're having an issue with the card being falsely accused of fraud, when the person was finished with her very obviously given script and asked if she solved the problem, we said no, and all she said was ok have a good day. And HUNG UP THE PHONE. No one who's supposed to be able to help you in the company's support team knows how to help ... read more
