Very helpful employees and short wait times. Decent fees, too, compared to some other banks. I have been with Suncoast for over 20 years but only used it as my secondary bank, since their branch coverage is limited. However, Suncoast has online banking and a good phone app, so the instances where one has to physically visit a branch have become very limited. After Truist has turned into a disaster, I will be successively moving all my banking and assets to Suncoast.
