This credit union is too large to be handling mortgages etc- I was initially going with them for my mortgage. Everytime I called I got a different person and no one knew anything about my pending mortgage. Not to mention they needed documents other companies did not need, making it more of a hassle. I ended up finding Fisherman mortgage in Tampa and the process was the smoothest ever. Suncoast had better interest rates but it wasn’t worth the hassle. Worse customer service ever run to another credit union. Investment services Michael P. Is unexpectedly poor at customer service and it does not end there... the staff is unaware & unfortunately uninformed about what services are available & what's involved to utilize them. All I have to say is come on SunCoast Do Better!
