I recently visited Suncoast Credit Union to apply for a $15,000 auto loan with $3,000 down and was assisted by an employee named Daniel. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and fell far below the standard I expected, especially for something as important as financing a vehicle. I've been here twice, for two completely different reasons. Both times, neither associate seemed to know what they were talking about. The second time, the woman who was supposed to be helping my mother and I, not only contradicted herself more times than I can count (which confused everyone involved) - but she got snappy and seemed annoyed every time we asked a question. Eventually we ended up going to the Port Charlotte branch on Cochran and had a much more pleasant experience.

I experienced outstanding customer service yesterday.Thank you Daniel and coworkers. My grandson loved the flag and immediately added it to his flag collection upon arriving home.
