Props to my bank for immediately recognizing an attempted fraudulent transaction and freezing my card. So glad I switched here.
I had very good impression in the past year. So sweet and willing to help. But today is different story. I went in for my CD mature. Wanted to renew and asked for interest rate which it is lower than last year. She handed me list of few pages . I pointed to the wrong column which it’s very similar category. But she seemed upset. My feelings toward Suncoast changed. If you deal with senior and in customer service. You should be more patient, polite, and willing to help NOT a smart robotic personnel.
I have been a suncoast member for many years and I have to say this branch is one of the most efficient, courteous and helpful I have yet to find !!!! Extremely convenient location too !!!! Anna was over the top for everything!!!
