Leanne at this branch is phenomenal, was able to get me approved for a loan for a car. She jumped thru hoops for me.
I've been here twice, for two completely different reasons. Both times, neither associate seemed to know what they were talking about. The second time, the woman who was supposed to be helping my mother and I, not only contradicted herself more times than I can count (which confused everyone involved) - but she got snappy and seemed annoyed every time we asked a question. Eventually we ended up going to the Port Charlotte branch on Cochran and had a much more pleasant experience.
I experienced outstanding customer service yesterday.Thank you Daniel and coworkers. My grandson loved the flag and immediately added it to his flag collection upon arriving home.
