I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The intake form was focused on intrusive personal details rather than my medical history, which raised immediate red flags. The X-ray technician was unfriendly and unhelpful, and despite scheduling a cleaning, they insisted I come back for it after just taking X-rays. Feeling uncomfortable and unwelcomed, I ultimately decided to decline all services. Overall, the environment felt unprofessional, and I left feeling disregarded.
