I had one of the worst experience dealing with Suncoast Claims. Before signing the contract, they are very humble. After signing, they start showing the real picture and there "tone" changes as if they are doing favor on you. Even for adjuster to visit, it takes several weeks. Then they wait for almost 8 weeks saying they are working on this "rocket science" and just before the legally allowed time for them to submit is about to finish, they call and force you to work with there contractor which was not the case before signi... read more
