BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM! I bought a shed aka tiny house and give them $3K as down payment cash then I started the process of doing the permits with the county that never got approved. Asked and called multiple times asking for my down payment refund and always ignored me never called me back and never got an answer. Now I don’t have a shed or $3K.

Last Monday we our 16x24 shed delivered to us and it was so seemless for Neil and his son to bring this to our spot on our land.Or they made it look like that anyway.I had place 4 marker sticks where I wanted it to be placed and he placed the shed in this marked spot perfectly.He said he would be at my place to deliver at 9 am to deliver,he was there with the whole crew at 5 of 9.
