Run away! The lack of communication is horrid when somebody already pays a third to have the slab done and never hear from anybody is so unprofessional. We had to call constantly to get answers. Our process started in Inverness with a salesperson in November 2025. We called end of December beginning January to find out what's going on with the permits. We were told "oh I just got them!"
