Stephen was wonderful to work with.He helped bring my design ideas to reality and went out of his way to support me with anything else I needed throughout my dealings with council and the entire build process. Can't recommend him highly enough !
We engaged Suncoast Building Design to design our new project at Marcus Beach. Steve & Matt were easy to work with, had a thorough understanding of the local council regulations and an eye for detail. We had a very specific brief and they created concepts that exceeded our expectations. Nothing was ever a problem and their recommendations were practical and creative. Highly recommend.

I worked with Steve on our new house build at Noosaville which was completed in 2022. I drew up the basic design we wanted and Steve did the plans for council approval. Where Steve was invaluable was in offering practical and creative improvements to my design, then sending the amended plans down to me in Victoria where we are based. Steve was wonderful to work with. We had a very specific brief for our new home design. Steve took careful note of our written requirements, he talked with us at length to understand our needs and his first draft of our home design was on point. Steve really listened to us. In fact we changed very little of the major design features, just tweaking here and there, which Steve readily accommodated.
