Jim, the owner, was incredible from start to finish. I bought an older center console that needed some TLC, and he went above and beyond—repainting it twice to make sure I loved the color, installing new drain plugs and a radio/speakers, and even teaching me how to use the boat on pickup day. When I showed up unprepared, he and his team helped with everything, including helping me with the hitch (brought the wrong size)and fixing my trailer light connection. Jim was kind and communicative on the phone and in person. I asked if trailer was good. “Yeah should be fine”. Drove 4 hours to pick up boat only to not be able to safely trailer home (dry rotted tires) and axles overly rusted for only 8 year old. Boat wasn’t atrocious but not in the condition expected or described for the age and hours (2018 239 Keywest with 250 hours). We purchased our boat here and worked directly with Jim McKenzie. Jim ensured right from the start any issues that was foreseen with boat and trailer and pointed out all the problems he himself would like to be fixed before selling to anyone. He was selling the boat for another individual and did very well in facilitating our purchase. Bought a 2003 Sea Hunt 232 Triton from these guys. Boat was on consignment. Boat was listed on Facebook marketplace. Advertised as 800hrs. We came to an agreement on price. Shipped the boat 2,500 miles to San Diego. Boat gets here, first thing we do is turn it on and make sure everything works. Hour gauge on the Yamaha Digital gauge says 1,445 hours. OUCH. They sell your boat for a low commission. Very honest, veteran owned. I had a title issue and the buyer wanted to do something illegal. The owner warned me up front. Don't do that.
