We were at Boardwalk in Gulf Shores. I rented the last three days we were there due to the high winds almost breaking my personal umbrellas. The chairs were comfortable and the umbrella stayed strong during the high winds. Shout out to Miles, he was super friendly and checked on us numerous times each day. I would definitely rent again to make my life easier!!!

If you are a beach condo owner and share your place with family and guests, do yourself a favor and sign up for Suncoast's beach service. This was our first year using them for our two Gulf Shores Plantation condos and we've gotten 5 stars on all our reviews since the service began in March. It's one thing to provide a super clean and welcoming condo, but when you throw in this beach service, you're giving guests an elevated stay. And they appreciate it. We have used their service multiple times prior to settling down here part-time. Nice service. Generally very friendly great employees. Please be advised that the majority of beaches here are public and just bc you rent a chair and umbrella does not mean you're entitled to an unfettered view without people sitting in front of you 🤷♀️ it's a busy beach
We just returned from Orange Beach, and used Suncoast daily. All of the their staff was awesome, but Allie really stood out to us. She was professional and polite, even in the face of extreme rudeness that I personally witnessed. She is an asset to your organization, Suncoast was great! Thanks!
