Dr. Dyson is pleasant, professional and I had a wonderful experience having my first base line hearing test. She was informative about insurance policies and provided me with information for when and if I might need hearing aids in the future. Kalirose, the office manager, followed up with my phone calls, verified my insurance was accepted and schedule my appointment in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Suncoast Audiology.
It’s rare to have a great customer service experience these days & even more so with healthcare providers, but Suncoast Audiology proved to be the exception from start to finish & follow up. Dr Kelly Dyson is so personable & patient. I love their system for appointment reminders, too.

Dr. Dyson is a joy. Very helpful and easy to work with. Up on all the latest and greatest Technology. She even enabled the app on my phone for me! Her office manager (Kelli-2!!) is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with also! I love this audiology office!
All the Staff, as well the Doctors was very nice and Amazing! Thank you Staff, and also Chad and Dr. Sherman was caring gentle and Amazing! Thank you !
