Ground crew were very friendly and helpful, marshalling us in from the taxiway to our parking spot. The FBO itself is rather boring and lacks amenities, such as snacks and refreshments (I assume this is to drive people into the restaurant). The receptionists are not very friendly and make you feel as though your presence is a nuisance to them (despite spending hundreds of dollars on fuel)! If you need fuel, it's ok, but don't visit unless you need to. Nearby Naples has much nicer facilities.

Bruce the main line guy is the absolute best. The fbo as a whole is very nice. Recommend eating with Chef Tony, great food! Receptionist ladies are very kind.
