I rarely leave reviews — especially negative ones — but I feel it's important to share my experience with Sunco Maroochydore. A few weeks ago, I visited the dealership to trade in two vehicles and purchase a car that was advertised on the lot. I paid a deposit and left one of my vehicles with them, only to later be informed that the car I was intending to buy was unsellable due to engine issues discovered during workshop inspection. Friendly helpful and lots of cars on offer
Was very interested in car they had at used cars, visited the location to be ignored by all staff. When I approached and asked for help I was told car I was there to see was not onsite, and would be back next day. Have called twice today, been on hold both times and been hung up on. Very poor service! Clearly don’t need to sell cars.
My main man Marty fixed me up with a written valuation for my beloved 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Grande. Staff here are friendly, helpful and efficient. Good Dealership!
