Would rate 0 if I could for the service department. I have had my car serviced here consistently since buying it brand new from this dealership. The service staff are incredibly rude, every single service staff I’ve spoken to is disinterested in their job, rude from the moment they pick up the phone their tone comes off as they just do not want to be there or help you at all. Courteous staff, I waited for the car to be serviced had a coffee and read the papers, very pleased with service and got a car wash thrown in.
I had a fantastic experience with Sunco Motors. The whole team was professional and welcoming, but I especially want to thank Hollie. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. Hollie made everything easy to understand, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Sunco Motors – and if you can, ask for Hollie!
