We recently experienced an issue with the gearbox in our two-year-old LDV T60, which became difficult to shift and eventually jammed, forcing me to drive home in second gear. Naomi, the reception lady is very helpful. Even though one of their staff member order the wrong size spare part and I waited for 10 days my delivery 9 car to back the road the reception lady helped me with everything she can. Great customer service!
