Dave the Sevice Manager is fantastic. Hayley on reception is very efficient too. I have taken my car to Hyundai Sunco for several reasons, firstly a service which was quick and efficient, he explained everything that they have done in that service and why ( don’t do that at Noosa!) He also organised for a new infotainment display system to be installed as mine died, this had to be ordered from Korea. We have owned our Hyundai for nearly 12 years and always have it serviced at Sunco Caloundra. I cannot fault the service they have given. Yesterday was no exception, they fixed an issue that arose. Everyone was so efficient and friendly. The courtesy bus driver brightened my day he was cheery and helpful. Thank you David (he promptly diagnosed the problem) and the lovely young man who reached out to us when we pulled up a few days ago when the warning light appeared on the dash. Thank you all.
My Kona was in for service yesterday and I couldn't speak highly enough about the Sunco Caloundra staff. From the time I purchased the Kona 5 years ago they have been fantastic. That includes the drivers that take me home and pick me up and I must not forget the people that wash my vehicle...I say "Thank you all very much". I will add that my Kona is the best vehicle I have owned. Safe and wonderful to drive.
Poor after sales service. I ordered mats from their Salesman Mark for my car, he supplied generic mats and they were wrong. Its been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from them. I have sent emails to both Bryan and Mark but no response. Customers be very careful with this lot.
Bad customer service, dont answer there phones, staff dont communicate with each other, lady that collects your money is a sour puss. Very disappointing experience buying a expensive car. Wont be back
