Had an issue with my touch screen and Frank worked with me to get a replacment under warranty . I appreciated his perseverance on my behalf regarding the warranty on my Kona display screen. Franks professional service and attention to customer satisfaction was greatly appreciated.
Today I had an issue with my Apple CarPlay. I called into Hyundai Caloundra and the lovely Lucy went completely out of her way to help me. She was patient, kind and just restored my faith in customer service. Lucy is an asset to the team as she didn’t have to go out of her way but she did so very graciously. Thank you so much Lucy
Picked my car up from a service to find a space saver put on my car. No advising me when calling to say it was ready at 10:30am. I have to do 100klm per hour to get home. Said it would be fine. Just get fixed by end of week. My car won’t stop beeping at me as the sensors are off due to the tyre. They don’t have tyre in stock so didn’t bother telling me. Was not happy about the service, my wires nicely placed in the car all pulled out, centre console part tip out and just left. No courtesy call to advise issues. Really not ha... read more
I’ve only ever dealt with the service team. Always a pleasure to deal with. The shuttle bus service is great. Complimentary car wash with the service is always a plus. Never had any troubles.
