I experienced the best customer service from the time of booking my vehicle, checking in, courtesy bus driver and service staff. The car was washed and vacuumed on pick up and ready within the required time. Great team and a wonderful experience from start to end.
Frances was an amazing person who helped me out in getting my new 2nd hand car. From start to finish was in full communication, nothing was to much trouble and was very understanding. I highly recommend Sunco and Frances.
All the staff very helpful, bus driver chatty and assisted in showing us where streets and plaza is and I felt confident he’d return later for puck which he did in a very timely manner. Guy at the desk went right thru the account explaining everything done (completed) and answered my questions about the next steps I wanted to take. Service guys did a great job - well done. Just to top it off sone folks cleaned the car thank you thank you,
Had an issue with my touch screen and Frank worked with me to get a replacment under warranty . I appreciated his perseverance on my behalf regarding the warranty on my Kona display screen. Franks professional service and attention to customer satisfaction was greatly appreciated.
