I bought a brand-new Hyundai i30N in February that has permanent paint damage due to bird poo being stuck on the black spoiler while it was in the holding yard. I have contected the dealership multiple times to discuss getting this fixed, but I have heard nothing. The best I got was "the service guys tried to get it off, but you might have to use a cutting compound." But as a brand-new car, it should be spotless! I am highly disappointed and appalled by the lack of attention-to-detail.
Air-con stopped working. Took it into get it fixed. Had to wait a month to be able to use a loan car. As it was going to take 2 days to fix and we only own one car.It was summer and really hot. Had to drive around in a car under warranty with no air-con for a month waiting to get it fixed. They fixed it no problem under warranty - no charge.
