Reached out to tommy for a hot tub cover since canadiana closed.. tommy was on the ball on getting our year make model.. few weeks later new cover came in! Glad to know we have a go to spot!

If I ever run into a problem with my pool or hot tub, they’ll walk me through troubleshooting it myself first, which I really appreciate. And if it turns out I actually need service, they’re quick to schedule a visit and get things sorted out. Very friendly and eager to help you. I've used the mobile service for my hot tub in the past and just from me explaining the problem they showed up with the parts they needed and fixed it very quickly. I wouldn't call anyone else.
