Just purchased the latest Yamaha Rmax4 from Cal at suncity Yamaha. Great experience, lots of knowledge about the machine, answered all questions I had including extras and finance. Quick to respond and easy to deal with. 100% recommend and will be dealing with Cal again in the future.
Was told to come in at 8:30am for tyres, but didn’t get my bike back until 12:30. Four hours wasted for a simple job. Josh at the desk wasn’t just unconcerned – he was dismissive and slightly provocative, never apologised, and offered nothing for the delay. Really disappointing and unprofessional for a Yamaha dealer.
