Unbelievable service. Came out so fast. Best price on the Coast. Incredibly professional, experts in their field. Was installed without a hitch, in the dark and rain on a Saturday night. Charged $181 for a call-out that resulted in no diagnosis. I specifically confirmed before booking that the technician could assess a Stiebel Eltron hot water system, they could not. They advised full replacement was required without actually identifying the fault, obviously a costly job. I had a very poor experience with Sun City Hot Water and would not recommend them. I initially engaged them to fix a hot water system that wasn’t producing hot water. The job was completed while I wasn’t home, and I paid the invoice ($412.50) in good faith.
