Pathetic customer service - no communications and failed to provide any updates on attendance. No consideration of customer time just sitting around home in the hope they might turn up .
Suncity attended a Hot water system issue within 2 hours of my ph call and fixed both thermostat and element problems. They were easy to contact and had no problems and their charges were on par with what I expected with no extra add ons. My tenant was happy with his hot water back on. Thanks Team, will use you again
5 stars isn’t high enough! If I could give a six star review, these guys deserve it!! After getting the run around from several different outfits, none of whom would give a fixed price quote for a 250L electric hot water unit over the phone, I contacted Suncity hot water. That was at 2pm and I agreed the quote. Two uniformed lads turned up to my place in the Sunny Coast at 3 pm and 90 minutes later there was a brand new water heater fully installed and the old one taken away. Super Happy! Suncity was the cheapest quote out of 3 company's all quoting the exact same systems. Their communication was prompt and the installation turn around was super quick! We have piping hot water and the service was excellent!
