The worst builder imaginable - unethical, deceitful,zero workmanship standards, and refuses accountability. Lies, delays, and endless excuses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Hiring them guarantees regret, stress and financial loss
I Would not Recommend this Building Company. Workmanship was Sloppy and Zero Attention to detail. We encountered multiple Issues and Communication was almost nonexistent. Trying to get them to fix their Defects was exhausting. Completely unprofessional experience from start to finish. Happy to supply evidence of substandard workmanship to anyone including photos and the final building report that has 10 pages of defective work documented.
This is our second custom build and after seeing a few builders, we chose Sun City from recommendations and initial informative sales meetings. Their customer and block specific approach appealed to us and the quality of the home is testament to the attention to detail throughout the build. House building is a big commitment with potential pitfalls along the way, however any obstacles we came across were efficiently and mutually resolved.
