My family and I recently moved into a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment and we are so comfortable. The apartment is actually bigger than a lot of houses in the area that we had looked at for rental. The management pays for water, sewer, and trash so that saves us some money and of course, being new, the apartment is energy efficient so we were very pleased with the electricity bill.
