We recently stayed at the Sunchase condo #209, booking through VRBO with the unit managed by Vacasa. Overall, the experience was mixed. The condo itself was decent, but much smaller than we expected based on the listing. The beds were quite uncomfortable — they had plastic mattress covers that made sleeping hot and noisy, and the sheets were rough and constantly slipped off, leaving us sleeping directly on the plastic. Sunchase @ 1129 Pkway (?!), My sister booked for herself, me, and her kids. My nephew was not a fan of the waves at the beach, but he LOVED the pool at the condo!! My favorite was the hot tub! Clean, bright, right at the beach! That dumpster seems a tight squeeze for those parking on the first couple spots, though. Otherwise, excellent little gem!!! Thanks so much!
