Previous review:Our Chengbang Idea windows used in our motorhome warped within the warranty period. This morning, the most affected window is unable to be closed at all. The latch is prohibiting closure. The opposite window has a gap which allows in rain when fully closed. We have emails from the importer requesting we contact Suncamper with a solution & we have emails from Suncamper asking us to contact the importer for a solution. Exceptional services ! We had a problem with our campervan shower, and the team at Suncamper solved our situation quickly when nobody would help us ! Thanks again ! 100% would recommend
We've had our Suncamper for 3 weeks now and after a couple of trips (6 nights so far) there were a few niggles to sort out. Suncamper fixed them straight away. From start to finish Suncamper support (at the factory and over the phone) has been excellent.
