This review is specifically for glice skating. What an extreme disappointment! We were intrigued by the idea, but you literally cannot skate on this stuff. Everyone collectively in the entire rink was like "this is so dumb. We can't even go forward." Kids were crying bc they couldn't move or were falling. It was literally the worst activity I've ever done in my life. I couldn't even push my children around on the glice with the skating assists. its nice but the hot tubs arent hot, especially the one indoors it was cold, and none of the jets work, even the ones at the lodge. my whole point of coming here was the hot tubs so its extremely disappointing

The fitness center is great. The sauna and steam room are frequently out of order, though. Even when functioning, the sauna is not hot enough to confer any health benefits. Instead of addressing the issue, they removed the thermometer instead. Outdoor hot tub temperature is also variable. Sundays they close early, so forget about relaxing after a long day of adventure.
