This office is extremely disorganized. I called about 3 weeks ago to establish my daughter as a new patient and schedule her 1 year well-child appointment. I arrived today, 30 minutes early to give myself ample time to fill out paperwork. They had no record of my daughter or her appointment. I took the time to actually call instead of trying to make an appointment over their portal because I wanted to make sure that she was seen as close to her birthday for immunizations as possible.
