Purchased a work van from LDV Sunbury. Maria, manager gets things done with a high level of professionalism, very polite and makes the whole transaction comfortable and swift. Very friendly service team, check in was easy & a delight
Had a great experience buying our car, and terrible experience with the service department. Took out T-60 in for its second service. When we picked the Ute up we noticed massive scratches on the skirt of the Ute, before we even left LDV we went back inside and spoke with a receptionist and asked what happened to cause the scratches we were polite and understand accidents happen, to which we were told the service manager was on leave, and he would contact us after he was back a couple days later after he reviewed the footage ... read more
