My daughter bought a used car from Sunbury Ford which needed a few things done and Jay promised they would be fixed before the car was picked up in the first week of May 2025. Nearly 3 months later and the work has still not been done and Jay will not return calls. VERY poor customer service and would not buy a car from them.
