I gave them a rusty roadworthy failed 2005 Mini with exhaust and power steering issues and a 10 day time limit to fix. The issues were fixed and price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will use this business for all my car service and repairs in future.
One measure of a good mechanic is that when they fix something it stays fixed. In the 3 years I have been going there I have never had that problem. I did have a problem with a weird clattering noise that re-occurred when I drove the car home but they fixed the problem that afternoon. They give straight-up good customer service.
Just had a RWC and mechanical work completed. Chris and his team are top notch and look after their customers. Will be bringing my car back for all servicing.
I needed a small mechanical repair done, something a bit different to what Chris and his team would normally carry out, but it was no trouble for them, the repair was carried out quickly and for a very reasonable price. I can't fault the customer service.
