Amazing staff that go above and beyond on a daily basis. They remember you and your pet's. The nurses and vets are all so great. Thanks for looking after my furbabies.
Such a great vets for all but my horses, who are agisteed too far away from the practise. Most recently I have been in for my great danes emergency surgery following a fight with a window. ( 1-0 to the window) Plus a couple of random things for the rumble of rats. Always great service from the reception staff to the vets and surgery staff.
We have been going to this ventinary clinic for 17 years, had excellent service the first 7 years l, last few years the service had definitely changed. We were given a quote to send our 2 beautiful 4 legged friends to heaven, when we finally had the courage made a booking and arrived there we were then told to pay first, the money we were asked to pay was different to the amount that was originally quoted on the phone.
