I initially gave them a 5 star when I was in the process of purchasing and having my pool installed but that has since changed. Once they have your money they dont care. My has started rotting out after just 4 seasons. Wood supposed to be good for 25 years is a crock. They supposedly were getting new wood for it, but I had to PAY for them to repair it but the wood would be free. Well, so much for that. Stopped by today to discuss an issue I was having with cloudy water. Joe was great and told me what to buy along with why it was needed. Even showed me around the back shop and explained how they handle new builds.
Got me the quality pool liner I needed! He also gave me tips on the install! Friendly and helpfull!
Great service. Helped me get my pool to clear up after struggling for weeks. Pricing for supplies was cheaper then other local competitors
