I went to get a price on some very extensive work I need done on my old Sun Holiday Pool . I went in with expectation that probably my best option would be to just tear it down. I spoke with the Manager, Dan. My wife and I sat down with Dan and I explained everything I needed done. Dan sat quietly, listened and took notes. He thought for a couple of minutes and then quoted a price that I couldn't refuse. Matt Leonard’s review sums up our experience also with a few exceptions. We put our deposit of half down in February and was told we would have our above ground pool done in the Spring. We heard the same excuses of weather and staffing. They did not show up until September 27 and did not finish until October 27. Their communication was the worst I have ever experienced from a business. I wholeheartedly do not recommend them!
Well it seemed good until they left steel rods in my yard weeks ago and now grass has grown around them and our lawn service has to cut around it!! They were to draw some lines in our yard and did but we’re supposed to draw more different lines and has not happened and since no communication and nil!! I guess we should call but in my past experience with contractors they usually keep us up on the progress and can understand but this ???? Ready to say forget it and come pick up the steel rods messing up my yard!!!
If you choose to use Sunburst you will most likely need to write an email like this. The pool they install is great but the costumer service and unprofessional business practices are abhorrent. This is the extent we had to go to get our pool finished. This is not the service you should be getting when paying $100k for something. You have other options when having a pool built.
