Had what I needed though I will not be returning to the store because of the political signs hanging in there. Seems like a cult if you need to get your business involved. Shop elsewhere if you want to support democracy and love others.
Joe was excellent and amazing on the phone answering my questions and helping put me at ease with my pool problems.
We’re now on year 3 of our Sunburst Pool, and we still couldn’t be any happier!! They came to our house to help walk/talk though logistics and what I needed for my yard. Permits through the city was a whole separate issue, as was relocating my electrical feed. But Joe, Dan, and all of the staff at Sunburst Pools made the process so easy and we are so happy with the pool!! I will always suggest Sunburst Pools to anyone looking for a pool. Quality work, quality products, and reliable people!! Highly recommended!!!
If you are in need of anything pool please go here. Last week our pump went out on our pool we thought it was just a simple fix, we quickly realized maybe not. We changed the parts but it would not turn on. So we drove from Lancaster to Pataskala to Sunburst and worked with Dan. He took the pump back to his workroom and in 10min had it fixed. Completely satisfied customer. What I appreciated the most was the honesty he could have sold me a new pump but he did not. Thank you Dan
We recently had our pool, deck, and liner restored by a fantastic team. Sunburst not only did they do an excellent job, but their communication throughout the process was exceptional. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely nice people to work with. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to restore their pool.
