Well it seemed good until they left steel rods in my yard weeks ago and now grass has grown around them and our lawn service has to cut around it!! They were to draw some lines in our yard and did but we’re supposed to draw more different lines and has not happened and since no communication and nil!! I guess we should call but in my past experience with contractors they usually keep us up on the progress and can understand but this ???? Ready to say forget it and come pick up the steel rods messing up my yard!!!
If you choose to use Sunburst you will most likely need to write an email like this. The pool they install is great but the costumer service and unprofessional business practices are abhorrent. This is the extent we had to go to get our pool finished. This is not the service you should be getting when paying $100k for something. You have other options when having a pool built. Called to set a date to close my pool and they never showed up. When I called they said they would be there the following week. That day came and went and for the next 3 days they told me they would be there tomorrow. When they actually showed up they did the job and tried charging me for replacing parts I knew were brand new cause I replaced them myself. I initially gave them a 5 star when I was in the process of purchasing and having my pool installed but that has since changed. Once they have your money they dont care. My has started rotting out after just 4 seasons. Wood supposed to be good for 25 years is a crock. They supposedly were getting new wood for it, but I had to PAY for them to repair it but the wood would be free. Well, so much for that. Stopped by today to discuss an issue I was having with cloudy water. Joe was great and told me what to buy along with why it was needed. Even showed me around the back shop and explained how they handle new builds.
