We went under contract in June for a patio cover. Sunburst demanded 1/2 down-payment. They told us it could be as late as August or September for completion due to delays. It is now late December and nothing. Blaming it on covid does not cut it anymore and you definitely should not require 1/2 down knowing this delay is inevitable. Extremely disappointed!
